The availability of any goods on unitedlegend.com is always subject to change. The best way to stay informed on new arrivals, promotions, and sales is to sign up for our newsletter. You can subscribe when creating an account or by entering your email address in the “Newsletter Sign Up” bar at the bottom of any page on unitedlegend.com

You are able to purchase accessories, bags, clothing, shoes, books, candles, design objects, fragrances and headphones on unitedlegend.com.

After clicking on “Men” or “Lab” you are able to see the list of all the designers and brands we carry on the sidebar on the left.

If you are looking for a specific product, feel free to use the “Search” bar at the top left of the website. 

Once you are ready to purchase a product, select your size and color if necessary. A size conversion chart is provided on every product page to help you convert international sizes. 

Click on “add to bag” and “proceed to checkout”.

On the checkout page you will see a summary of your selected products, your order total and shipping costs (if applicable). Before proceeding to payment make sure to add your voucher code (if available) at the “Voucher code” bar to the left of “Order total”.

Add your delivery and invoice address and choose your delivery method. After accepting the terms and conditions you are going to be redirected to PayPal to complete payment. All payments are secured by PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for further information.

Important: No PayPal account is required to complete payment. You might check out as a guest by using a regular credit card like Maestro, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Your order will be shipped one business day after you have placed your order. If we encounter difficulties regarding the availability of an item, we will inform as soon as possible.

PRICES & CURRENCY

To help ensure safety and ease while shopping, unitedlegend.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This allows you to encrypt and protect the data you send us on the Internet. When SSL is enabled, a padlock will appear at the top of your browser. You can click on the padlock to learn about the registration of the SSL digital certificate. You will also notice when you look at the address bar (URL) at the top of your browser that the address being with “https:” instead of the normal “http.” This means that you are in secure mode.

Customers of unitedlegend.com are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed using a secure server.

DELIVERY

All deliveries, in France and worldwide, are made by DHL or by any other carrier of high repute.

Products are sent to the delivery address you indicated when placing your order. 

Delivery costs are automatically calculated and depend on the products ordered, your geographical location and the selected delivery method.

A tracking number is sent to you after checkout and allows you to track your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you might carry out a exchange (size/color) or refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days following dispatch of the order, accompanied by the invoice. 

Any products returned for exchange or refund shall be correctly protected, in their original packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered to be damaged) and in perfect resalable condition (undamaged, unused, unsoiled and unwashed). Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within the aforementioned timeframe.

To request a return please send us an email to eshop@unitedlegend.com stating your order number and the items to be returned. Once we received your request, we will send you a confirmation email with the instructions for the return shipment.

Items must be returned with all original tags, boxes, packaging and other accessories (hangers, dustbags, garment covers etc.) received with the order. The original boxes of the items must not be damaged or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

The security tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must not be marked in any way.

Once the return is validated, United Legend shall reimburse the customer the full amount paid for the products, excluding shipping costs, by the same payment method used for the purchase, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days after the date on which his or her right of retraction has been exercised. No refunds can be made at physical United Legend stores.

Swimwear and intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the Client. unitedlegend.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email. unitedlegend.com reserves the right to refuse returns not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. 

All items can be returned, except beauty products, opened electronic items, and discounted or sale items.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
