All deliveries, in France and worldwide, are made by DHL or by any other carrier of high repute. Products are sent to the delivery address you indicated when placing your order. Delivery costs are automatically calculated and depend on the products ordered, your geographical location and the selected delivery method. A tracking number is sent to you after checkout and allows you to track your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you might carry out a exchange (size/color) or refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days following dispatch of the order, accompanied by the invoice. Any products returned for exchange or refund shall be correctly protected, in their original packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered to be damaged) and in perfect resalable condition (undamaged, unused, unsoiled and unwashed). Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within the aforementioned timeframe.
