A tracking number is sent to you after checkout and allows you to track your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order, you might carry out a exchange (size/color) or refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days following dispatch of the order, accompanied by the invoice. Any products returned for exchange or refund shall be correctly protected, in their original packaging (carefully opened packaging will not be considered to be damaged) and in perfect resalable condition (undamaged, unused, unsoiled and unwashed).
